Texas Health Huguley Hospital Fort Worth South has promoted Chad Miller to the position of Director of Operations and Outpatient Service Excellence. His responsibilities include developing new processes and improving existing processes to improve patient care and efficiency.
Miller previously served as Manager of Operations Planning and Logistics for Texas Health Huguley, where he worked closely with care providers, administration, and consultants to open the new hospital tower last August.
“Our new hospital provides a beautiful healing environment, but health care is more than a modern facility. Patients trust us with their health because they know they will receive evidence-based medical care, delivered with compassion. Providing the best quality of care is an ongoing process that we continually assess for opportunities to improve,” said Miller.
Miller primarily focuses on outpatient care such as therapy services, radiology, wound care, and lab services, but he works closely with the director of inpatient experience.
Miller has also served as Manager of Value Optimization at Lean Logistics, and he has seven years of experience in his field.
A resident of Dallas, Miller is a graduate of Walla Walla University in Walla Walla, Washington and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a concentration in finance. He also earned a Master of Business Administration degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of Colorado.
