Texas Health Huguley Hospital Fort Worth South invites the community to attend a small group meeting titled “Solving the Puzzle” from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, September 17. The program will be held in the Education Building at Texas Health Huguley Hospital Fort Worth South.
Offered for individuals who have been diagnosed with diabetes, are pre-diabetic, and/or a caregiver of someone who may be at risk, the class will assist attendees in controlling their blood sugar by discovering a path to “solving the puzzle” with special topics such as, stress, meal planning, activity, medications, sugar levels, and much more. Also, learn how managing certain risk factors can have a powerful influence on health and outlook.
“Solving the Puzzle” is made possible through Texas Health Huguley Hospital and Adventist Health System’s CREATION Health grant. CREATION Health is Texas Health Huguley’s commitment to taking small steps to living God’s plan for a healthy, balanced life.
