at Texas Health Huguley Hospital Fort Worth South presents “Superwoman’s Kryptonite” on Thursday, October 24 at 6:30 p.m. in the Texas Health Huguley Fitness Center Amphitheater. The event will focus on the weaknesses of a superhero, known as the “Superwoman Syndrome.”
Director of Behavioral Health, Teresa Martin, RN and Counselor, Ashley Shetter, LPC will share the symptoms of the “Superwoman Syndrome,” and the small steps a woman can take to heal from the pressures to do it all, filling multiple roles, and juggling family, career and social activities.
“If you have the ‘Superwoman Syndrome’, you probably feel overworked, overwhelmed and overly committed,” says Shetter. “Sometimes the best cure is learning to let go and say no.”Lisa Rivera
, Director of Pharmacy at H-E-B Burleson will provide information to equip attendees with the vitamins and supplements most recommended to battle the “Superwoman Syndrome.”
