Texas Health Huguley Hospital Fort Worth South invites the community to attend a lunch and learn program titled “Take Heart, You Can Take Control” from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 18. The program will be held at the Booker T. Washington Community and Recreation Center in Cleburne. Join Gloria Steelman, RN, CRRN, CDE
as she shares some heart healthy tips for those with diabetes and/or heart disease, including: warning signs of a heart attack, risk factors, and heart failure. Also learn how managing certain risk factors can have a powerful influence on health and outlook.
