Unwanted inches and flaccid muscles will be vanquished at Combat the Holidays, a Huguley Fitness Center boot camp led by Andrea Buob and Taylor Wethington.
Huguley Fitness Center will offer Combat the Holidays, a boot camp designed to fight unwanted pounds, to attack new challenges and to conquer a new level of fitness before the holiday season.
Classes will begin on Tuesday, October 9 and run though Thursday, November 15. The six-week program will be held Tuesday and Thursday at 5:30 a.m. or 6 p.m. at the Huguley Fitness Center.
“After the summer heat and before the holiday indulgences, fall is the perfect time to lose inches, to gain fitness, or to break out of an exercise rut. This boot camp provides a fun way to accomplish that mission,” said certified fitness instructor Andrea Buob, who will lead the morning boot camp.
“Participants are often surprised at how much progress they can make in six weeks,” according to certified fitness instructor Taylor Wethington, who leads the evening boot camp. “Turn over a new leaf in the fall, and you enter the holiday season feeling stronger, healthier and more energetic.”
The conditioning and strengthening of Combat the Holidays is appropriate for any level of fitness. Classes will be held outside the Huguley Fitness Center, rain or shine. Cost for the program is $75 for members and $125 for non-members.
In addition to boot camp, Huguley Fitness Center offers various group fitness classes, CrossFit training, an aquatic center, personal training, basketball and racquetball courts, indoor and outdoor tracks, free weights, cardio equipment, and a Kids Klub.
