Texas Health Huguley Hospital Fort Worth South invites community members to face their smoking addiction head-on and become non-smokers this March. “Journey2Quit” will begin on Monday, March 9 and be held in the ground floor conference room at Texas Health Huguley Hospital.
The nine day class is divided into three sections to get ready, get set, and go on a journey to quit smoking. The class will address simple issues that make quitting difficult by answering the following questions: why do you smoke and why do you want to quit smoking?
Classes will be held weeknights beginning Monday, March 9 and run through Thursday, March 19 from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. Smokers are encouraged to attend and learn strategies proven to help smokers quit.
