Spirit of Women Celebrates Girls Night Out at ULTA Store
Huguley’s Spirit of Women members will venture off campus for a unique “Girls Night Out” program. On Sunday, October 10 women will gather at the ULTA Beauty Store in Burleson for a free health lecture and fun-filled night of girl activities.

Donna Duran, M.D., will speak about the latest advances in the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer.  “Because breast cancer is the most common form of cancer in women, we want to encourage all women to come learn about possible risk factors and prevention tips. Plus, they will also have a fun night out with the girls,” said Dr. Duran, an obstetrician/gynecologist.

The ULTA staff will demonstrate the hottest hair and makeup trends for the upcoming fall season.  Participants will learn tips and tricks to everyday hair and makeup styles from industry experts, and four will be chosen to get a mini makeover.  As an added perk, the store will be open exclusively for members to shop.

Girls Night Out will be held from 7:00 – 8:30 p.m. at the ULTA Beauty Store located at 12864 South Freeway, Burleson.  Free peripheral artery disease and blood pressure screenings will be available.  All who attend will receive ULTA goody bags, and door prizes include three ULTA baskets valued at nearly $500 total and a $50 Visa gift card.

The event is free, but reservations are required.  Call 817-568-5480 to reserve a place or learn more. News and event information can also be found on facebook by searching Spirit of Women Exclusively at HMMC.
