programs to help you cope with the feelings, hopes, and fears that often come with cancer
treatment. We also provide you with relaxation therapy, pain management, massage therapy, and nutritional counseling.

This lovely, six-bed home provides a warm and home-like atmosphere where hospice patients and families find an emphasis on personal dignity and a positive quality of life. The Hospice house is for people with life-limiting illnesses who have a life expectancy of six months or less. The facility offers a range of team-based services to meet the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of the patients and their families, and provides compassionate, holistic, palliative care to terminally ill patients. Three levels of care are provided:

• symptom management for acute care
• respite care
• residential or short-stay care

The Emery J. Lilge House at Texas Health Huguley is a joint venture with Community Hospice of Texas.

Texas Health Huguley Surgery Center originally opened in 2006 as an ambulatory surgery center and with the support of the physician owners was purchased by Texas Health Huguley Hospital. Now, to best serve you and the community, we have transitioned this department to a freestanding Ambulatory Surgery Center to provide the same great care at improved lower pricing!
